Mobility Flow

Move better. Feel better.

What is Mobility Flow?

Mobility Flow is a 60-minute guided mobility and stretching class at KONG Strength & Conditioning in Chalong, Phuket. It improves flexibility, mobility and joint resilience through structured movement.

It is the Move pillar of the KONG Method: the foundation the other four pillars sit on.

Who is Mobility Flow for?

Anyone training hard who is not recovering well, anyone stiff from desk work or travel, and anyone whose strength is outpacing their range of motion. It also suits complete beginners as an entry point into training.

What happens in a Mobility Flow session?

Guided movement and stretching designed to restore movement quality, reduce stiffness and improve how the body performs inside and outside the gym.

Why does mobility matter for strength and HYROX athletes?

Range of motion determines how much of your strength you can actually use. A HYROX athlete who cannot reach depth on a wall ball gets no-repped regardless of fitness. Mobility Flow is the session that keeps the rest of the programme working.

Why train Mobility Flow at KONG?

KONG Strength & Conditioning is a HYROX official training club on Fitness Street in Chalong, south Phuket. The 980 sqm floor runs official HYROX equipment including a 34-metre sled track, full barbell platforms and a performance rig. Sessions train under open walls in the jungle, in the same heat and humidity you race in.
